Organic Fit & Flat Belly: Detox & Fat Burner

A detox that focuses on the belly as we age and go through menopause is nice to have in your wellness arsenal. There are directions on the label that many swear by, but I personally use this a bit differently. I take a tablespoon in a shot of organic juice every morning and I'm seeing results.
